Utilization management services for medical care will shift to Independence Administrator.

 

Populytics, Inc. will continue to administer pharmacy benefits only, including any utilization management services, like pre-authorizations required for prescription drugs. You may continue to contact Populytics with questions at 484-862-3505 or 800-925-8459.

 

Members will be receiving Rx Only ID cards from Populytics.

 

With this change, Populytics Acuity Connect active users will only be able to submit outpatient pre-authorizations for prescription drugs (Service Type = PHARM). No other pre-authorizations will be allowed.
